Our Pāua Pies were such a hit...we've decided to get adventurous with our Chatham Blue, teaming up yet again with with artisan pie makers, The West Coast Pie Co, to bring you our Chatham Blue Cod Pie.
Our Chatham Island Blue Cod is combined with leek, fresh herbs, high-quality butter and the ultimate blend of spices to complement the delicate salty-sweet flavour and delectable texture of our Chatham Blue. All hugged by a flaky artisan pie crust perfected by the pastry whizzes at The West Coast Pie Co, our new Chatham Blue Cod Pie is definitely not one to miss.
